Landing page development for ad-driven leads
One page that leads the visitor to a single action: leave a request, book, buy. I build landing pages for entrepreneurs and small companies in Tashkent and remotely - from $250, with a price fixed against an agreed scope.
TL;DR
A landing page is a one-page site for a single goal: someone arrives from an ad and leaves a request. It starts at $250, and the price is fixed before we begin. It fits when one service or product is in focus and you need to launch ads. If you have several services and need search traffic, look at a multi-page website from $600.
What's included in a landing page?
The list is fixed - this is what you always get, not a "basic package" with surcharges for the essentials.
- A one-page site built around a single goal
- Unique design for your brand, not a template
- Responsive: desktop and mobile
- Lead form → Telegram
- Basic SEO: meta tags, sitemap, schema
- Analytics: GA4 + Yandex Metrica
- Hosting, domain and SSL setup, plus deployment
- Hosting and domain fees are yours: I register the accounts in your name and on your card, so the site is yours from day one
- All access and source files are yours
- One month of support after handover
What a landing page does not include: unlimited revisions after handover, work beyond the agreed scope, or running your ad accounts. Those are separate arrangements, and I raise them before we start, not after.
Who is a landing page for?
A landing page is your option if:
- you're launching ads and need a page for one specific offer;
- one service or one product is in focus;
- you have no site at all, or the current one looks cheap and you'd rather not send traffic to it;
- your ads currently point to Instagram and leads get lost on the way;
- you're testing a hypothesis or running a seasonal campaign.
A landing page is not your option if you have several services that each need their own page, or if organic search traffic is the main goal. A single page has little to rank with: not much material, one or two queries at best. In that case you need a multi-page website.
Not sure which format you need? I've broken the choice into three questions - how many services, where the traffic comes from, and what the job is - in "Landing page or multi-page website".
How does the work go?
- 01
Brief
A short form, under five minutes. No mandatory calls, no commitments.
- 02
Proposal
A quote the same day you get in touch: what I'll do, for how much, by when. The price is fixed against the agreed scope.
- 03
Visual direction
Before the full build we agree on the design direction using a couple of references and the first screens: dark or light, minimal or rich, with photos or without. Turning around at this stage is free; on a finished site it's expensive.
- 04
Development
A shared Telegram chat, with work-in-progress versions arriving as we go rather than at the end.
- 05
Handover
I hand over all access - hosting, domain, analytics - and the source files. Then a month of support: fixes and corrections, not a rebuild.
You work directly with me at every stage. Nothing gets lost in translation between an account manager, a designer and a developer - it's one person.
How much does a landing page cost?
From $250
Prices in USD, payable in any currency at the current rate: bank transfer (Uzumbank, Kapitalbank), SBP (Sber, T-Bank), Payme, Click, crypto. Payment is staged - part before we start, the rest along the way or on handover.
The final figure depends on scope: how many screens and blocks, whether you need animation and complex graphics, whether the copy and photos are ready or need to be produced, and whether a second language version is required.
I name the exact figure after the brief, once I understand the task. After that it doesn't move: the price is fixed against the agreed scope before work starts.
I give an honest timeline based on my real workload and fix it at the start. I don't sell a deadline as a marketing number.
