One person. Full cycle.
My name is Rustam. INSITE is me - a studio of one. You come for a website and get one person who defines the structure, shapes the design, creates the copy and brings it all together in code. No handoffs from manager to designer to developer, where half the meaning gets lost on the way.
Where it started
I built my own first business myself - Beauty Flowers, a flower delivery in Moscow on WordPress. I ran it for 6.5 years, from 2017 to 2024 - before and alongside INSITE: I set up Yandex and Google ads, worked with suppliers, florists and couriers, kept a sole proprietorship and answered for every order with my own money.
So I know from the inside what it's like to pay for ads and wait to see whether the leads come in. That's where my whole approach comes from: I build sites for leads, not for looks. I understand the client because I was one.
Where it grew
A studio grew out of that. Since 2022 I've shipped 25+ projects - landing pages, corporate sites, bots. I never rolled out an agency; I stripped the process down instead, so not a single middleman stands between the client and the result.
How one person does it
Solo doesn't mean jack-of-all-trades and shallow everywhere. I hand the routine - markup, drafts, variants - to AI, and keep structure, conversion-focused design and quality to myself. A person stands behind every decision, not a generator. That's how it works: a freelancer's speed and an agency's process at once.
I work alone not because I couldn't put a team together, but because this way I answer for the result personally - and I simply work better that way.
