An exclusive-distribution model, explained to two different audiences at once

United First Group

A website for an exclusive distributor of FMCG brands in Uzbekistan. The company's model - one brand, one representative per territory: the producer gets control over price, the dealer - a protected margin with no race to the bottom on discounts. The site's job - to explain this model and lead two different audiences to an enquiry: shops that want to put the brands on their shelves, and producers looking for a representative.

What was built

  • An interactive coverage map: the country silhouette is built from real borders (a GeoJSON dataset, simplified and projected, baked into SVG) rather than a decorative outline; 14 nodes across the country, each with a type (direct branch or dealer network) and a region coverage percentage; a "Now / Plans" toggle shows where the company already is and where it is heading. The claim "we hold the territory" stops being words - you can see it
  • A branching form for two audiences: a dealer picks their region and point type, a producer enters via their own path - each reaches the right manager instead of a common pool
  • Structure built around the exclusive model: the producer's benefit on one side (price control, no parallel imports), the dealer's on the other (protected margin, 500+ items in a single contract) - the page answers "what's in it for me" from both sides
