My own product - a SaaS for visa-run operators in Southeast Asia. A Telegram bot takes client bookings around the clock, and the operator confirms them in a dashboard with a single tap. The product ends the chaos of operators running orders by hand in chats.

What was built
- The Telegram bot and dashboard as one system: the bot collects passenger details and bookings in three languages (English, Russian, Vietnamese), and the operator sees everything in one place and confirms with a single tap
- Automatic reminders to clients the evening before and on the day of departure, pickup-point sharing via maps, a driver list export, and analytics by route
- The full cycle by my own hand: from architecture and backend to the interface and pricing - a product, not a site built to order
