Website for a training center: courses, schedule, enrollment

TL;DR

A training center site needs a page for every course, a schedule with the price, a short form for a trial class and teachers listed by name. Course pages are what collects search - the main argument for a multipage site. A landing page from $190, a multipage site from $490.

Website for a training center: courses, schedule, enrollment - INSITE

A training center does not sell a service, it sells a result several months out: a passed IELTS, a first job in IT, a child who starts speaking. Between "this is interesting" and "I am paying for the course" a person walks a long road full of doubts. The site is there so that road gets walked without you - while you are teaching.

Why does a training center need a website if enrollment goes through Instagram?

Instagram works at the "I have heard of you" stage. After that come the questions a feed does not settle: what level you need to start, how many people are in a group, when the next intake begins, how much it costs and whether you can pay monthly, who teaches. All of it goes into your DMs, where you answer the same thing twenty times a week, and some people never write at all.

The second thing - and the more important one - is search. A parent searches for "English courses for children Tashkent", an adult searches for "IELTS preparation" or "programming courses from scratch". These are queries with a direct intent to buy, and a social network profile does not show up for them. Pages with text are what collects them.

On the difference between a profile and a website, in more detail here: Website or Instagram: what should a business choose.

Why does every course need its own page?

This is the main idea of the whole article. "English courses", "IELTS preparation" and "English for children" are three different queries, three different audiences and three different prices. One shared "Our courses" page with a list wins none of them.

A separate course page gives you three things at once:

A position in search for its own query, not for a general one.

A landing target for ads. An ad about IELTS leads to the page about IELTS, not to the home page, where a person hunts for their course with their eyes and leaves.

A full answer to the objections of this specific audience: a parent needs safety and a schedule that fits school, an adult needs evening groups and a result for their CV.

Hence a simple conclusion: a training center with three or more directions needs more than a landing page. Where the line runs between a one-pager and a full site I covered separately: Landing page or multipage website: what your business needs.

What should a course page contain?

Roughly in this order:

Who the course is for and what level you need to start. The first thing that removes half the doubts.

What the person will be able to do at the end. Not the lesson plan, but the result: "you will pass IELTS with the score you need", "you will build your first app".

Duration, format, group size, schedule.

The price. Hide the price and you get enquiries from people who leave once they hear it, and you lose the ones it would have suited.

The teacher of this course, with a name and a photo.

A form to sign up for a trial class - at the end and once more in the middle of the page.

Separately on the schedule: if a new intake starts, the start date has to be on the page and has to be kept current. An expired date on a site kills trust faster than no date at all.

What does a sign-up form that works look like?

Short. A name, a phone number or Telegram, a choice of course - and that is it. Every extra field takes away part of the enquiries, and things like age, level and a convenient time a manager finds out in a minute of conversation.

The enquiry has to land in a working chat instantly, not in an inbox someone opens in the evening. Training centers compete on the speed of the answer: a person leaves an enquiry at three centers in a row and enrolls at the one that called back first.

The target action is better phrased as a trial class than as "leave a request". A trial lesson is a small step, not a decision to hand over money for three months.

If the site exists but brings no enquiries, the reason is almost always in the structure and in the target action: Why Your Website Gets No Leads.

Why do you need a teachers page?

Because people go to study with people. A course is a promise, and the teacher is its only visible collateral before payment.

Specifics work: a name, a photo, what they teach, education, experience, certificates if there are any. What does not work: stock photos, wording like "a team of experienced specialists" and text without names. If the certificates and diplomas are real - show them, it is a strong argument in a niche where there are many promises and few proofs.

Nothing here can be made up. A teacher is easier to check than it seems, and one invented line devalues the whole page.

Does a training center website need an Uzbek version?

For a training center - more often yes than no. The audience for courses is wider than for most businesses: children programs, university preparation and language courses bring in parents for whom Uzbek is the main language. A Russian-only version cuts off part of the demand, and competition in Uzbek-language results is lower.

What matters: an Uzbek version means separate URLs with a full translation, not a switch that changes three headings. How that is built technically and why machine translation hurts here - Does Your Site Need an Uzbek Version.

How much does a website for a training center cost?

Reference points: a landing page from $190, if there is one direction and the task is to take ad traffic. A multipage site from $490, if there are several courses and each needs its own page. A complex project - on request: this is where student accounts, online payment for courses and CRM integration land.

The price is fixed for an agreed scope before the start. What it is made of: How much does a website cost in Tashkent in 2026.
