Privacy Policy

1.1. This document, the “Policy on the processing and protection of personal data of users of https://insite.uz” (hereinafter - the Policy), has been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the protection of personal data and serves as the principal internal document of “INSITE” (hereinafter - the Operator) governing the processing and protection of personal data.

1.2. The Policy is aimed at safeguarding the rights and freedoms of individuals when their personal data is processed by the Operator, including the right to privacy and to personal and family secrets.

1.3. The Policy defines the categories of personal data collected and processed, the purposes of collection and processing, the procedures for storage and transfer, and the measures implemented by the Operator to protect personal data.

1.4. This Policy applies to any information about the user obtained by the Operator both before and after its approval.

1.5. Visiting and using the Site constitutes the user’s unconditional consent to the terms of this Policy.

1.6. If the user does not agree with the terms of personal data processing, they must stop using the Site.

1.7. This Policy applies only to the website https://insite.uz and its subdomains.

2.1. Operator - “INSITE”, a web studio registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2.2. Site - the web resource located at https://insite.uz.

2.3. Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific individual.

2.4. Processing of personal data - any actions performed with personal data: collection, recording, storage, clarification, use, transfer, depersonalization, and deletion.

2.5. User - any person using the website https://insite.uz.

3.1. Data voluntarily provided by the user when filling out the contact form:

• Telegram account or phone number
• Task description (optional)

3.2. Data transmitted automatically when using the Site:

• Pages visited on the Site
• Cookie data (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica)

3.3. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data: race, political views, religious beliefs, or health condition.

4.1. Data referred to in clause 3.1 is processed for the purposes of:

• Contacting the user to provide a commercial offer
• Concluding and performing contracts

4.2. Data referred to in clause 3.2 is processed for the purposes of:

• Analyzing the use of the Site
• Improving the structure and content of the Site
• Compiling traffic statistics

5.1. Personal data is stored until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the user withdraws consent to processing.

5.2. Once the purposes of processing are achieved, personal data is destroyed or depersonalized.

5.3. The user has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written notice to info@insite.uz marked “Withdrawal of consent to processing of personal data”.

5.4. The user has the right to demand clarification, blocking, or deletion of their personal data.

5.5. The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6.1. The Site uses cookies to ensure proper operation and to collect analytics.

6.2. The following types of cookies are used on the Site:

• Technical cookies - required for the operation of the Site
• Analytical cookies - Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica (collection of traffic statistics)

8.1. The Operator is liable for losses incurred by the user as a result of unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8.2. The Operator is not liable if the data became public before its loss or was disclosed by the user themselves.

9.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site.

9.2. Matters not regulated by this Policy are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
